Three Ingredient Miso Sauce

This Sauce is delightful on top of a fish dish, or any other seafood entree for that matter.  It will add a nice Asian flare to a salad or can be used as a dipping sauce.  Miso is very underrated.  What is miso?  It is fermented soybeans.  If you are using a high quality miso, such as the one I recommended, there should be minimal ingredients in your miso paste.  The ingredients in this miso paste include: organic whole soybeans, organic handmade rice koi, sun dried sea salt, Blue Ridge Mountain well water, koi spores.  Avoid miso pastes that have yeast, gluten, barley, vinegar, or extra additives.  This Three-Ingredient Miso is deeee—licious!

Health Benefits

Because of its fermentation, it has great digestive properties.  In China and Japan some will drink a miso soup everyday to ensure a long and healthy life.

Miso was touted for centuries as a folk remedy for cancer, weak digestion, tobacco poisoning, low libido, and several types of intestinal infections. Recently, some scientific studies have shown that miso really is effective against atomic radiation, heavy metal poisoning, cardiovascular disease, many forms of cancer, strokes, high blood pressure, chronic pain, and food allergies.

You can whip this sauce up in as little as 5 minutes, if you already have the roasted garlic on hand!  It will taste like a fancy concoction only found at a 5-star yelp reviewed restaurant!
